Chef Tony

After the devastating news of 2011 Japan earthquake and tsunami, Tony Chef decided to change his well-known Japanese cuisine to a vegetarian restaurant.  He was concerned and worried about the nuclear accident that damages to the ocean life chain, which has a huge impact on the traditional sashimi cuisine. Tony had a very hard time when he first converted the business but he turned it around and made it work. The story touched our photography team and helped him present his beautiful dishes in images.  Way to go, Tony!  We all love your dishes! and yes, it's more health eating vegetables and good to our earth!
